Leah has more than five years of professional experience in Human Resources, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and a passion for crafting positive company culture. As the HR Manager for DCG/Watershed, she focuses on hiring, the management of compensation, benefits, and leave, as well as application of company policies and best practices. She values intellectual curiosity, attaining a Professional in Human Resources certification to broaden her skillset and enrolling in a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program to gain deeper understanding.

Washington born and raised; Leah enjoys staycationing, cooking, and trying different restaurants. You can find her at the pool, spending time with family and friends, or petting the nearest dog.
